October
Pros: Perfect size , beautiful materials & interior design, excellent staff
Cons: Electrical issue causing 3 day delay
Recommended: Yes
Stunning ship - but internal workings seem a bit suspect. Quality of workmanship, marble in laid bathrooms, mahogany walls in library, glass Artist Loft, talented spa staff, excellent service….. beauty in the details. YES! Only flaw was unexplained 1am fire alarm, and sketchy explanation being called back to port (as if decision to leave was not appropriate). Followed by daily hopes of departure- which days to resolve. Unfortunate, questionable— but did not ruin the other good days.
Virgin Vista Cruise
October

We cruised with our two oldest daughters(their intro to cruising) and we had a fabulous time and they loved it.
Oceania Vista Portal to Antiquity Sailing
September
Pros: Executive Lounge with Concierge was a nice bonus, Room was spacious and comfortable, Food was very good, Itinerary was amazing, Laundry Service was awesome
Cons: Casino was small, there was no bar service in Aquamar Spa Terrace (hot tubs), Butler service was lacking
Recommended: Yes
Overall amazing trip! The itinerary was incredible and the ship was beautiful. We had a penthouse suite so we had access to the executive lounge with concierge, which was a great perk! Our concierge, Vedrana, was very helpful and always cheerful. The butler service that came with our cabin selection was lacking. Many days we didn't even see him. Laundry service was a great addition to the 10-day trip. The system of leaving the ship for excursions may have room for improvement, as it was a little cumbersome at times. Overall... highly recommend!
Terrific

Loved the Itinerary
August
Pros: Small ship and staff
Cons: Not sure it was sold as a Foodie, while good I would not state exceptional.
Recommended: Yes
The Ship was beautiful and the layout was so easy we learned our way around in no time. The staff was always friendly, smiling and seemed to really enjoy people. While the food was good, it was so hyped up that it was not exceptional to me. There were exceptions Tuscana restaurant and Aqua Mar were exceptional to us, Tuscana for all around food and atmosphere. Aqua Mar for the health food Tuna Poke and Avocado Toast, yum! Everything was well organized as far as getting on and off the ship, we loved our tours all booked through Oceania.
Oceania Vista
August
Pros: Beautiful cruise ship, smooth sailing, friendly staff, resort like atmosphere, good fine dining
Cons: Some of the excursions were sub par at best, especially the ones with stops in Italy on the Amalfi coast. Swimming pool was quite small and lounge chairs limited.
Recommended: Yes
In general it was a very nice cruise and quite relaxing. We never really had to wait in line for anything except for the tendering boats. Enjoyed the dining, especially Red Ginger and the Polo Club. The buffet option and the the large dining room outside of the specialty restaurants was great. Sommeliers were very good and knew their wines. Some of the wait staff could use more training, but the majority of the servers were excellent!
New ship with amazing staff and services
August
Pros: New ship, very comfortable, exceptional staff, well organized, great food
Cons: None
Recommended: Yes
Lives up to its reputation of excellent cuisine and very attentive staff. We were sad when the cruise ended. Could have stayed on for additional weeks easily. The ship was laid out well and modernly appointed. Room was a good size and bathroom spacious, especially for a cruise ship. No complaints.
Vista is Amazing!
June
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, cabin size and layout, great dining
Cons: Only 1 main pool (although it was never crowded)
Recommended: No
The recurring theme during our cruise was "there must be something in the water" Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and willing to help, even if it wasn't their department.
We stayed in a B5 French Balcony cabin and it was perfect! Cabin is large and nicely appointed with plenty of storage, especially in the bathroom.
Every single restaurant meal was perfect! From flavor to presentation to temperature. My personal favorite was Polo Grill and it is so nice that the specialty restaurants are included without an extra fee. So many choices at both Grand Dining Room and the Specialty restaurants, it was hard to choose. Plenty of options, never got bored of the menus after 12 nights on board.
Loved the Vista!
June
Pros: Food, dining venues, cleanliness of ship, design & decor, and fantastic staff!
Cons: Pre-cruise staff failed to adjust to and accommodate passengers’ needs due to pre-boarding location change in Trieste, Italy. We stayed with many other guests at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice. On the morning of embarkation, our luggage was randomly loaded into various buses which transported us to the pier in Trieste. Once at the pier location our buses were parked at least a football field away from the embarkation processing center. Here’s the bad part: you had no porters there to help us locate our luggage in the various buses and take them to the processing center. We passengers (many of whom are elderly) had to dig under the buses to locate our bags and carry them to the embarkation center. It was an awful beginning to an otherwise fabulous experience.

Near the end of the cruise we were ready to take advantage of your on board incentives and book another cruise. When discussing this with the “Future Cruises” director, we were informed that she had no brochures and we need to go online to get any itinerary details and options. We went back to our suite, turned on our iPad, and waited and waited for the Oceania site to download. The speed (or lack of speed) of your ship’s Wi-Fi reminds me of the early days of dial-up phone modems. Needless to say, we will now work with our travel agent to explore our options with itineraries, cruise lines, and sailing dates.
VISTA
June
Pros: BRAND NEW
Cons: BIGGER THAN THE SIZE WE LIKE.
Recommended: Yes
The ship is a luxury ship, brand you. Because is bigger than the others Oceania, the only problem is that we have to walk a lot to move ftom one place to another.
Mostly Positive
May
Pros: Decor, House Keeping, Wait Staff, Barista Bar, Library, Nightly Entertainment, Stateroom Showers.
Cons: Mediocre Food, Costly ShoreTours, No alcohol package for moderate drinkers’
Recommended: Yes
We enjoyed the cruise but were disappointed in the quality of, and in some cases, the presentation of the food. With the exception of the Polo Grill, which was excellent, the specialty restaurants and the Grand Dining Room were just average. We had higher expectations based on previous cruises with Oceania. That being said, all other aspects of the cruise experience were thumbs up.

Vista Cruise
January
Pros: Great lectures and cooking classes and great band
Cons: Only one showtime offering and breakfast room service food options not great
Recommended: Yes
Overall great ship…lots of electric outlets in cabins
Foodie heaven
January
Pros: great food, great service, great crew
Cons: beer and wine package only available in dining areas.
Recommended: Yes
The crew had to be the cleanest cut group of young people I've ever seen. The food was always served in a timely matter and hot. Wine service in the restaurant was a little slow and the wine available with the wine and beer package was not very impressive.
The Vista was beautifully decorated and had several areas to just sit and relax.
Disappointment on Vista
August
Pros: Newer designed ship, more up-to-date iPhone/iPad charging features in room, easier card access.
Cons: Change of docking to be more tenders, affecting tours.
Recommended: No
Due to ship transitioning to more tenders vs pier side, tours were rescheduled to start and end earlier. We had difficulty working with Destinations to change tours. We scheduled our tours early, but only realized departure time changes when onboard. Destinations was not helpful in our needs, and pressured us we still had 2 tours to take to meet our discount. Very confusing what to do if Waitlisted. Good comment, wife and I pleased with our heath visits at Medical.
Beautiful New Oceania Vista
August
Pros: Well appointed, updated decor, fantastic stabilizers, best food at sea
Cons: The new Founders Bar could have better ambiance. Very speciality mixology but doesn't have the same feel as Martini
Recommended: Yes
Faboulous time. Great itinerary, food and people.
