Pros: Everyone on the Sunrise was so friendly from the room steward to our wonderful dining room matron d. He visit with everyone in dining room at every meal to make sure everyone was ok

My husband and I Had the most enjoyable time on our cruise. The people that served us in every area was excellent. we Loved our waiter for dinner Gary and also the gentleman that kept our room clean, I'm not sure but I think his name was IMade. The food was excellent. I would certainly refer the Carnival Sunrise to other's. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Lack of seating for guest on the ship, hour to hour and a half in dining room to receive meals, elevators constantly being used by staff slowing down movement. All guest missed 1/2 of a day going off ship into Portland due to having to go thru customs on board the ship and then having to stand in line for over a hour to depart ship. Entertainment was very poor. The way the ships floor plan was laid out you had to walk thru smoked filled casino to get to most of the shops onboard. We have been on many carnival cruises and have always enjoyed them but this one was surely a disappointment .
