Inspired by the diverse Asian influences found among the colorful streets of Tijuana, guests are invited to experience the new Agave Azul at Rosewood Mayakoba.  Pulling through the spirit of Baja cuisine in Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe, the restaurant celebrates the Asian heritage in Northern Mexico, showcasing simple and fresh ingredients with a twist.  Pulling through elements of Northern Baja California cuisine, Chef Loza’s new menu combines the many different tastes of the region, shedding light on the area’s rich heritage of diverse cultures.

La Cantina at Aquí Me Quedo

At Aquí Me Quedo, Chef Juan Pablo Loza channels the vibrant, festive feel of a traditional Mexican cantina where guests gather to graze and sip throughout the day. At La Cantina, the menu brings together the best of Mexican street foods and drinks with freshly-made, Caribbean coastal-inspired fare.

La Fondita

Drawing inspiration from Mexico City’s casual neighborhood restaurants, La Fondita is set in posh cantina décor and boasts bright street food flavors coupled with a lively and charming environment. The menu features favorites such as Tostadas, Tacos, Aguas Frescas, Craft beer and Mezcal.

Pan Dulce

There are moments in everyone’s life where a smell, touch, or taste can transport you to a specific time. At Pan Dulce, we try to create memories and shared experiences through food, specifically through baked goods and breads. Using solely the freshest ingredients we dive into the sweet side of Mexican cuisine, specializing in pastries, breads, cookies and custom orders for that special occasion. 

Punta Bonita

Graced with a one-of-a-kind view of the Caribbean Sea and situated poolside, this warm, barefoot casual and relaxing venue provides an ambiance synonymous with Mexican hospitality. An extensive dining menu offers everything from light lunches and pizzas to regional Riviera Maya specialties served “tapas” style for authentic flavors. 

If lucky enough to be dining during one of the resort’s lively Mexican barbecues, patrons can rotate through various food stations staffed by the resort’s acclaimed chefs, all while enjoying lively music to help set the mood for a fun, festive afternoon. Guests may choose to dine indoors or on the outdoor terrace, making this a beachside experience to remember.

Zapote Bar is a love letter to the Yucatán, its products, culture and people. Created and operated by Rosewood Mayakoba under the leadership of Juan Pablo Loza, Zapote's guiding principles are gracious service and delivering quality cocktails using Mayan ingredients, tools, and techniques.
