Heathman Hotel is elevating its guest experience beginning mid-October through a hotel-wide culinary partnership with The Mina Group. At the center of this transformation is Bar Sprezzatura, an all-day bar-forward restaurant inspired by Venetian bàcari. Led on the ground by Portland local Executive Chef Justin Ramirez, the concept brings a unified culinary vision to every corner of the hotel, from refreshed lobby lounge seating and in-room dining to tailored banquet menus.
True to its name, an Italian phrase celebrating “the art of doing things with ease”, Bar Sprezzatura pairs handcrafted pastas, local seafood and classic cocktails with relaxed, effortless hospitality. It marks an exciting new chapter for The Heathman, honoring our historic address while shaping the future of downtown Portland dining.
