COMO Shambhala Cuisine is not about calorie counting but instead is designed to maximise personal performance by increasing concentration and energy levels while addressing blood-sugar imbalances. Wherever possible, we look for sources that are both local and organic, introducing ingredients rich in living enzymes, vitamins and minerals. The cuisine is available during breakfast in the White Room, in-room dining and on the lobby menu—making for a healthy restaurant option in central London.

This September 2025 will see the launch of Labombe by Trivet, a new partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred Bermondsey restaurant, Trivet, and COMO Metropolitan London.
Opening within the 5-Star hotel, but with its own dedicated entrance on Old Park Lane, Labombe by Trivet will be a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept of the same name created by Co-Founders, Head Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal.

At COMO Metropolitan London lobby dining is a casual but still chic affair—a cozy, welcome respite from the formality of many restaurants. Available from 8am to 2.30am daily, you can choose from seasonal light bites or opt for healthy COMO Shambhala Cuisine. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks in the ground-floor lobby, furnished with comfortable sofas, or in the adjoining Met Bar.

Among Park Lane restaurants, Nobu is an essential experience for any serious food lover. The distinctive, award-winning Japanese-Peruvian cuisine derives from the freshest of ingredients, with specialties such as black cod with miso, sashimi salad with Matsuhisa soy sauce dressing, Hamachi sashimi with jalapenos, and squid 'pasta' with light garlic sauce. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are available for bookings up to one calendar month in advance.

Breakfast at COMO Metropolitan London, is served in our White Room – a calm, all-white space with a vaulted glass ceiling. We serve a wonderfully refreshing menu of full English breakfasts and home-made pastries, as well as healthy options including muesli, granola, fresh fruit and juices. Brekkie-To-Go is a takeaway breakfast service available to overnight guests. It includes fresh juices, pastries, coffee or tea.
