In Noumi’s stylish ambience, Bern eats to the urban nomad beat. The open kitchen celebrates world food ideal for combining and sharing. VUE has it all: a relaxed environment, a lounge-style atmosphere and a contemporary take on traditional brasserie dishes. The brasserie combines the beautiful Belle Époque décor with a modern touch and delivers seasonal dishes from various regions across France. Diners can also order from the Menu du Jour at lunchtime. The ethos behind the menu is respect for the ingredients, which are all locally sourced as far as possible, and the wine list is dominated by French and Swiss wines.
