Accessible 24 hours daily via guest keycard, our WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio boasts 115 sqm. of space and natural light; everything you need to energize and tone. Customize your workout with functional training equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, strength bands, and the signature TRX® Suspension Trainer™. A wide range of cardio equipment is available such as stair steppers, rowing machines, stationary bikes, and treadmills. Each workout area has multiple televisions and its own sound system, affording complete acoustic privacy. Light snacks, fruit juice, and beverages can be enjoyed for a fee (see menu prices on the terrace) on the outdoor terrace overlooking the square, the Jeronimos Royal Monastery and park. At this time, the fitness studio does not offer private classes.
